"I was very impressed with two of the employees whom I dealt with in the past few days at Prestige Acura. I recently took my Acura in for service where I was helped by David. After finding my transmission was failing, I had the car appraised at looked at potential replacements with Fuad. Both of them helped me with everything I wanted and made me feel welcome. David did a great job of explaining my options and making the service as convenient as possible. While looking at cars, Fuad paid close attention to my criteria and was very straightforward in response to my questions. I also really appreciated the no-pressure atmosphere. Both of these guys are class-act employees who demonstrate the meaning of customer service and keep people coming back."
